HIMCR #158 - Christmas in July!

Hello!  This week at HIMCR is Christmas in July!  There is a "bloghop" today.

I was very excited to have the motivation to make this layout:

We have done this in my family for years, yet this was the first time anyone took pictures while we were picking out a tree.

I used DCWV paper, Thickers, a stamp, ink and Liquid Pearls.

I hope you make something for this holiday and link it to HIMCR this week.  Laurie is sponsoring the main giveaway for this "hop.".

  13. What a fun way to remember this fun time. My family used to have the same tradition - we would go out to a tree farm (quit a few miles from home) in the Aug./Sept. timeframe and tag the tree we wanted for Christmas. Then in Dec we would have a fun time trying to find the tree again. Never thought of photographing this event. You have done a great job with this layout - to be treasured for years to come *U*

  15. Lovely Layout. I love how you used some many of the pictures from this moment. I've always wanted to find a tree but we have a fake one. Maybe we'll try for a real one this year. AJ
