Guest Designer on SP Stamps Blog!

Today is my first time being a Guest Designer!  I'm super excited.  You can see it on the SP Stamps Blog.  I had so much fun making that card and working with Sami.  It is a true honor to be featured today.  If you see me and I'm smiling like the Joker in Batman, this is why.

Come join a Blog Hop!

Hi everyone!  Today I am part of a blog hop with the Momenta D-Lite team and Scrapbook Stamp Society.  We decided to try some of their digi-stamps with some Momenta products. You can view all of our projects at the http://www.facebook.com/ScrapbookStampSociety facebook page.  To see more details about each project, you can visit each blog link.

I made the leopard and card blue so they could stand out.  First I used the pencils on the image.  Then I used the markers on the BACK side of the image and let a little of the color bleed through to the top.  Next I added the Stickles to make it really catch your eye.  Of course I had a great time coordinating all the papers and embellishments with the rendered digi-stamp.  This card took a little over an hour to assemble.

On this card I used the Morgan Fitzsimons # 37 Digi Stamp, Momenta's PA-0925, PA-2333, PA-2250 papers, ST-2526 rhinestones Stickles and Prismacolor markers and pencils.

Thanks for stopping by and don't forget to check out what the other Momenta D-Lite team members created.

Slide with Momenta

I have been waiting months for paper with the right green for these slide pictures.  Thanks to Momenta's Super Paper Pad, I was finally able to scrap these photos.  The red with white loop paper worked really well too.

He was having so much fun that day.  I'm glad I was able to capture it.  I love his hair sticking up in the bottom photo.

In addition to Momenta papers, I used Recollection papers and ribbon with Basic Grey brads.  There is some glue lines in the corners to help bring your attention to the bottom picture.

Happy Valentine's Day!

I made a card for my husband.  I made it generic and used current photos of our family.  This way he can have it on his desk at work year round.  It was really quick to make too.

I had a blast using Momenta's Super Pad to make this.  All the papers and alphas work together so well.  I also used the Spring Fever cartridge and my Recollections heart punch.  I plan on having the kids sign it after their nap.

I hope you have a wonderful Valentine's Day too!

The others

Here are the rest of the layouts I did at that weekend crop.  That was so much fun.  I can't wait to go again.

This one is about the first time my older son cut his finger.  The boys didn't let that slow down any playing.  I originally bought the Basic Grey paper for Halloween, but it matched these pictures PERFECTLY!  I was very excited.

This is my younger son in the dirt.  As usual, Boys + Dirt = Fun.  I was really glad I got to use ribbon and so many boy phrases on this.

This one is my older son and his favorite toys right now.  I kept the colors bright and more primary because of his age (and the matched).  I used my friend's 'All Mixed Up' cartridge.

And here's the younger one's favorites too.  I know this falls under the 'sticker sneeze' category, but I really liked how it turned out.  I think it's perfect for the topic and the age of my son.  I also used the 'Pooh Font' cartridge.

This one shows my younger son learning the remote.  I think the 'Alphalicious' letters really help the title.  I kept this layout simple and I think it works.

Love-ly card

Here is a card I made for this season.

I had a grand time playing with m stamps and ink.  The ribbon was left over from Christmas wrappings.  I cut the heart out with the Plantin Schoolbook cartridge.

This card fit into some blog challenges.  I had a blast playing with: Fantabulous Cricut, Scrappy Moms, Creative Cutter Room , Party Time Tuesdays, Paper Playtime, My Craft Spot, and Docerela Creations.  I hope you all can play along too!

I used Hero Arts, Fiskars and Inkadoo stamps with Rubber Stampede 'Primary' red and purple ink.

Layouts featuring Momenta

Hi.  I'm back from the weekend crop.  It was AWESOME as most crops usually are.  Here are a few layouts I made using Momenta Products for the D-Lite team.

This one is my older son in front of our tree during an impromptu, child suggested, photo shoot.

Here is another featuring my younger son from the same photo shoot.

For both of those layouts I used the same papers from Great Outdoors and fall Paper Pad.  I love how the layouts look very different, but both focus on the boys in a good way.  I also used Recollections brads and Rubber Stampede ink.

This next one is of my older son and the first time he helped wash our vehicles.

I used Momenta's Great Outdoor and kid Paper Pad with some brads, ink, ribbon and the Chore Chart cartridge.  Although I like it, I think something is missing on the layout.  Once I figure out what it is, I'll show you after I re-finish it.

Oh crop!

I have been trying to pack for a weekend crop for 2 days.  All of my supplies are ready to go.  However, I have no idea what I'm going to wear.  Hopefully I'll get that stuff packed as well before I leave.  I hope you have a good weekend too!
