I'm trying to get photos scrapped and off my desk!

This one is for Mercy Tiara's fb group August challenge: summer with a handmade embellishment.  I fussy cut the toys and splashes.  Then I outlined the splashes with Frosted Lace Stickles.  They are on 3D adhesive.
