Die Cuttin' Divas GD- Thank You

Today I am a Guest Designer for Die Cuttin' Divas.  The theme is Thank you.  I made this card.

I used 3D adhesive under the 'snow' and an Action Wobble under the sled.  It's a lot of fun and great way to say thanks for anything during the winter.

It is Echo Park paper, brads, Platinum and Cinnamon Stickles, Scrappy Moms Stamps, brads and Sesame Street Friends cartridge.

Die Cuttin' Divas GD - Thanksgiving

This week I am a Guest Designer at Die Cuttin' Divas!  The theme is Thanksgiving.  I made place cards for our family in preparation for the big feast.

Here is a close up of mine.  It shows the Stickles better.

I used Designers Calendar cartridge, DCWV paper and plain black cardstock, a white gel pen and adhesive.

Scrappy Moms Stamps GD- Stamp reveal

 A set that is revealed this week is 'Love at First Bite.'

I made this layout with my son's favorite character and catch phrase:

This is the other one of the sets that is being debuted this week at Scrappy Moms, Wedded Bliss.

I made this card with one of the sentiments.  It's a great card for almost any occasion.

Scrappy Moms Stamps GD- Wedded Bliss

I am the Guest Designer for Scrappy Moms Stamps this week.  They are revealing their new Wedded Bliss sentiments.

I made this gift strip/insert for my mom to use inside a card.  You can't tell from the picture, but the gold on the strip perfectly matches the hears on the card.

She is going to write her wedding gift to my brother and his fiancee on it.  Since the gift is a trip, we chose to add a few more features to the strip.

 The top shapes are from Chore Chart and the plane is from Everyday Paper Dolls.

This week I am the Guest Designer for Scrappy Moms Stamps.  They are debuting the Wedded Bliss set.

I made this card for my mom to give to my brother for his wedding.

 It was hard for her to pick just 1 sentiment, so I put a second on the inside of the card.

The yellow strip is glued on only 2 sides so a check or gift card may be added.

RCS GD 'Brad Pitt'

I am a Guest Designer for Red Carpet Studios during the month of April.  This week's theme is Brad Pitt. We all used brads on our projects.

My project is this 2 page layout:

The boys got a wooden car kit, apron and goggles from Sears.  Dad helped to assemble everything.  This is a closer view of the left side

and then the right.

I used 4 different types of brads.  There is the large metal hammer (Hot Off The Press), 2 types of screws and small hammers (all from Eyelet Outlet).

I also used Three Bugs In A Rug 'Tool Time' collection with Momenta paper and Provo Craft sticker border.

Later this week I will be sharing 2 more car building layouts.  They each feature one boy (more than the other).

RCS GD 'Movie frames'

I am a Guest Designer for Red Carpet Studios during the month of April.  This week's theme is Movie Frames. We all used a frame on our projects.

Mine is this layout:

(lion photo by Tracee Short)  I have 3 different frames on here.  The orange oval glittery one is to show which lion is in our family.

I used Summer Bliss and Spring Seasonal cartridges for the frames.  The papers are Echo Park and DCWV.  There are brads, glitter glue, 3D adhesives, Thickers and ink on here too.

I have some good news.  In September 2013 I will be the Guest Designer for Scrappy Moms Stamps blog!  Whoo Hoo!  Isn't that great?  I'll get to design for my favorite stamp company.  I'm so excited I don't know if I can wait that long.  :-)
