I found out a good friend was leaving my husband's office.  So I quickly made this card so my husband could give it to him before he leaves.

I think it hits the spot for what I/we needed.

HIMCR DT #111 - Thread / Stitching

This layout took months to make because I had to wait for all the events to occur so I could take the pictures!

I hope you can follow all the calendar dates to the coordinating photos via the thread.  I also used Best Creation Inc paper, brads and Basic Grey alphas.

HIMCR DT #110 - SSS

This week, my scraps project is this layout.

After washing my car, my son wanted to wash his car.

All the items are scraps or things I've owned a long time.  The 's' is a trimmed '8.'  I used Bella Blvd and Recollections paper, ribbon, Thickers and brads.

Each summer at my parents house, they make 2 of my favorite foods on the grill.

HIMCR DT #109 - Cherry Cobler (deep red), Early Espresso (dark brown), Marina Mist (ocean blue)

Hi everyone!  This week at HIMCR is a color challenge.  I love trying new combos.  I made a recipe card.

I plan to put a cupcake recipe on the card.  I copied the layout from an actual recipe card.  I used Create a Critter cartridge, Scrappy Moms stamp, and ink. 

I can't wait to see what you do with these colors after you link them to HIMCR this week.
