Hopscotch

I've been trying to scrap these pictures for months.  The layout finally came together.

It's very simple so photos of the boys jumping antics really pop out.  I used the DCWV chalk paper and chalk on this with an EK Success brick punch.  Ink is around the edges.

Big Blanets

Here is a layout I did at the crop.  It showcases my boys using blankets as jackets or capes, I can't remember.

I've been trying to use more pattern paper and I think this worked great!  I used Echo Park paper, ribbon, brads, my new brad setter, 'Rusty Hinge' and 'Mustard Seed' Stickles.

I cropped

Saturday I was able to attend our local, and annual, "Paper Craft & Crop to Stop MS."  I had a blast and it was so nice to have some time devoted to scrapping, without the occasional interruption from a boy.  ;-)

I started a lot more layouts that I completed.  I will share them with you when it's sunnier and I can get better pictures.

Have a great week!

'Winter's In The Air' Blog hop

Oh the weather outside is frightful, but these projects are so delightful.

Welcome to the ‘Winter’s In The Air’ blog hop.

We have all made projects to warm your heart, and potentially decorate your home, during these snowy months.

If you comment on everyone’s post you will be entered to win this from Melanie.  It includes paper, stickers, metal embellies, adhesive, mists, stencils, a journal and more.  Be sure to check back on Tuesday, Jan 22 to see who won.

My project is a snowy wreath.

I cut out all the snowflakes and snowman with the 'Winters In The Air' cartridge (fun coincidence) and the snowballs were done with 'George & Basic Shapes.'  The papers are Moxie, Bo Bunny and DCWV.  Felt Thickers say 'let it snow.'  I also used brads, stickles, ribbon, a punch and fishing line to hang the snowman.  3D adhesive makes the pieces stand up instead of laying flat.

Now to see more great projects!  Here is the line up for today.

Have a great weekend and thanks for hopping with us.

Collars

Their animals get to go to school.  We made collars to identify them.

The boys designed and picked out everything for the collar that their animal is wearing.

I used the George & Basic Shapes cartridge to cut out the collars.

Happy quilt

I've been in quite the card making mood lately.  Here is another I just finished.  I love how this turned out.  It's now one of my all time favorite cards.

I used 4 different patterned purple paper (what a tongue twister!) with some blue card stock for the quilted background.  Waterfall stickles and black ink accent the blue grid.  The pinky/peachy square with the sentiment has brads and is on 3D adhesives.  The heart was colored in with marker.

I submitted this for the Cards In Envy blog DT call.  Good luck to everyone that enters.

Reorganized

My paper stash has grown and it was becoming very difficult to look through it.  I decided to take it out of the drawers and store it vertically.  I spread out my stickers and other embellishments in the other drawers.  I don't know if this will work for me, but it's worth the try.

I also took down the baby gate and brought up a table for my kids to craft at while I am scrapping.  At one point I left the area.  When I came back, I saw my older son had 'put away' his papers too.

Sharing the craft space is something I always wanted to do.  I hope it works.

I also shared this on Three Scrappy Gals.

Mitten card

I still love all the winter papers I have so I decided to make a card with them.

The large mitten with the sentiment is on an Action Wobble.  I also used Echo Park paper, brads, rhinestones, yarn, American Crafts Gel pens, Scrappy Moms stamps, Dusty Concord Stickles, Paper Doll Dress Up cartridge and deco scissors.

After I finished the card I noticed it fits perfectly into the tic-tac-toe challenge at Scrappy Moms.  It uses the snowflake, pattern paper and glitter row or the glitter, sentiment, die cut column.

Love Ewe

Hello!  I hope your new year is going well.  I've finished reorganizing and putting everything away.  The first thing I made this year is a card.

It will be great for a Valentine's or Mother's Day card.  I used Momenta and Paper Studio papers, George and Basic Shapes cartridge, Prisma Color Markers, ribbon, brads, Black Diamond, Barn Door and Frosted Lace Stickles.  It's a little hard to see the Frosted Lace hearts and line under the sentiment in the picture, but it's there.

This card was entered in the 'Black & White +1 other color' challenge at Hiding In My Craftroom.

Have a great day!
