All by himself, my son made a sword. He used a plastic toy knife and a paper towel tube. I have to admit, I'm impressed.
I used TaDa paper, Thickers, eyelets and Lily Bee Design alphas.

Some faves
My son really liked this paper. When he was wearing his favorite shirt, and I noticed it matched the paper, we had a photo shoot.
This was also my first time using Liquid Pearls. I fear I will own every color soon.
Jillibean Soup paper, brads.

HIMCR #138 - What's Buggin' Ya?
This week at HIMCR we used digi stamps from Alota Rubber Stamps. I let my kids pick EVERYTHING about the Valentine's Day cards they will receive. (This way I know they will like it.)
My older son chose the butterfly.
My younger son chose the cake. He recently saw an episode of 'Peg + Cat' where bees helped to make a honey cake.
On each card I used PrismaColor markers and the George and Basic Shapes cartridge for the heart shape.
Please link a project to the HIMCR blog this week. Have a good day!

Uh-oh
The way things interpret things is entertaining. I told him 'A lot of money goes into the gas tank." This is not what I meant.
He tried his best to explain. I did my best not to laugh.
I used DCWV and Recollections papers, Martha Stewart circle cutter, ink and brads. There is some journaling along the edge of the circle.

Valentines Card
This year my husband was traveling on Valentine's Day. So I snuck this into his luggage before he left.
We have a thing with ducks. I used an Action Wobble under the duck. Sesame Street Friends was the cartridge I used.
